Wow, that's an amazing stat - that a team pretty much before the forward pass was established, could score in the 50's

well, that answers my question of "when's the last time we were on the right side of a score like that."

I would've guessed it had been a long while, but not THAT long.

Does this mean Mess gets to keep his job for 2013 season? Sam looked good tonight. I am sure WV will game plan for him but I thought his passes looked much better than either of the guys.

There is no evidence of a West Virginia defensive game plan.

There's prolly only 1% or less of Iowa State faithful who isn't sold on Paul Rhoads...this is yet another stat that should sell them and CONTINUE to sell everyone else on him. Just...wow...seriously would've never predicted this...even against a winless big 12 team. We just overpowered a big 12 opponent in almost EVERY facet of the game.

Another fun stat: Prior to this, KU had lost four games @home this season by a combined 25 points.
