I think Bama will lose to Georgia im the SEC champ game. I also think USC beats ND. I then think Georgia will play Oregon in the national championship. (Yes, I think Oregon only drops a couple spots in the BCS poll)

Re: Wait for it....I am Cheering for Chiz next week

Didn't 2 loss LSU get to play for the Nat'l Championship a couple years ago after losing to Kentucky?

I think if AL wins the SEC championship with 2 losses they will get in over Clemson, KSU, or Oregon with one loss. Probably would play ND with one loss. Of course this assumes Ore/ND each lose one game.

Edit: I see Oregon lost to Stanford in OT, so just ND remains unbeaten. Hope they lose to USC but don't think it will happen.

I hope Auburn beats Alabama, Iowa losses to Nebraska, both Chizik and Ferentz get fired, and Iowa hires Chizik. But I dream.

I'm pretty ******. With Kansas State, Oregon and ND all undefeated, we were looking at a championship game with no SEC teams. Now, if Notre Dame loses next week (a real possibility), there's a good chance that two SEC teams would be playing in the Championship game again. I finally thought this was a chance to get some of the SEC love down a little bit.

Pop quiz...Auburn (Coached by Chizik) is playing Iowa. Who do you root for. No hypothetical meteor showers or stadium explosions. One has to win. Who do you choose?

Ha. You took away my first response when you eliminated the hypothetical cosmic event. I'll go for Auburn in a riveting 2-0 final.

There is no team I would rather see lose than Iowa in a game that has no impact on ISU's standing. I wouldn't mind an Auburn winning, I'm hoping Chizik gets a chance to go winless next year.

Best case senario - Alabama gets knocked out of BCS contention and Auburn keeps Chiz and they suck for another year.
