Oh yeah? Why is that? Last I checked, they've list their last 5 games and ISU just played it's best offensive game of the year.

With our D giving up about 600 yards offense to any team with a pulse... I thought this line would be -14.5 for WVU.

Not completely against you, Stewo, but it's worth noting that the best offensive performance was against the worst overall team, and either the worst or 2nd worst defense in the league.

OK, pick a fight where there's none present. I said I wasn't against him...i.e. not that I'm convinced we'll lose...I was only pointing out that claiming Kansas as a great offensive performance has to come with a bit of an asterisk.

To your point, the mountain men defend as well as they brush their teeth. Every few weeks or so, and never as good as they should.

We are 3-30 in games we allow more than 24pts. If WVU plays anything like they did against OU, they will score more than 24 against us. I don't think we want to try to outscore them.

It is about match-ups. WVU's offense versus ISU's defense (minus Knott and Watsen) is more favorable to WVU than ISU's offense versus WVU's defense is for ISU.
