I think he saw Sam Richardson play on saturday and said........"hmmm.........looks like ISU is going bowling for the next few years, i would like to block for him."

He was here for the Baylor game and sounded like he had a blast. He went to Wake Forest the next week and watched them get blasted in a half empty stadium, IIRC. Agreed, he SHOULD commit here... but we never know with these things.

These are the type of BCS teams we need to start beating on the recruiting trail more often. So often we lose out to programs like Syracuse/Wake but we are usually clearly the better team. This would be a nice get for the good guys.

On the topic of the thread - after a somewhat disappointing performance by our OL this year, this looks like a the type of recruit we could really use!

IIRC, there was some rumblings of Texas Tech coming calling late in the game and even in Rhoads CFTV interview yesterday he said they had to keep him on the line there late when it got close to signing day

Sort of a hijack ... Why would anyone want to go to KU after that showing on Saturday night? We should attempt to poach an viable DT, OT, DE, LB (areas of need) they've offerred.
