Bye in week 2, @tulsa week 4, bye in week 5.

So much prime tailgating and attendance time wasted. Not good for ISU.

Can't really say i want texas on a thursday with the limited tailgating you get for thursday games either.

Dang. Don't like nine conference games in a row without a bye. Everyone else but ISU and KU gets a bye during the conference slate. Go figure.

Wow. More power to the people who believe in the 'Texas won't play in Ames in the cold' conspiracy theorists.

The schedule is exactly the same as this year's, except that Texas has moved up to the first game of the year instead of being the 3rd to last (which would almost certainly be in November).

I will admit it does add some credibility to the argument.

They can't broadcast our home game on their network.

The game is at ISU. Texas cant put an away game on the LHN.

Texas, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, and Baylor get three bye weeks.

Also, I believe Pollard probably took the second early bye week and 9 straight conference games in exchange for the chance to play Texas on Thursday night on ESPN.
