Gutsy call by Tulsa on the last play of the half to turn down 3 for a shot at a TD.

with 16 and 17 down and if texas goes down then its 3 spots that teams can move up. With boise at 20 and NIU at 21 I got a bad feeling if Nebby loses to Wisconsin that one of those 2 will make the top 16

Is there a chance we'd jump Ok State if they keep getting blown out by Baylor today?

There is a chance that we could jump all the 7 win teams all the way up to the Alamo if they thought we would travel well. I don't think it will happen but if it did we would flood the river walk with cyclones. Normally they would probably want to pick the highest ranked team for TV ratings but I'm not sure there will be any. If Baylor beats Okkie State and West Virginia beats the Gayhawks I bet the Alamo takes West Virginia. Don't really have a reason why.

If you were putting your own money on it in Vegas right now which bowl would you bet on??? If we were all putting our own money down I think most of the money would be going on the HoD bowl with some on MCC Houston. HoD may not be what we all want but if we wanted better we should have won a game or two more. It is a good bowl game in a nice city, within driving distance, in the old Cotton Bowl, etc. Would be nice to have better TV coverage but overall good end to the season. The conference didn't even announce they had an agreement with them until October so we should just feel lucky we have a bowl and it has TV coverage.

I would've rather gone to the Meinke bowl than the HoD bowl. Now that is out the window with a 7 win Baylor team.
