Re: ***Official What Bowl Are We Going To Thread***
NIU's computer averages:
Sagarin: 32
Anderson: 24 last week, not out yet this week, call it 21
Billingsly: 20 last week, call it 18
Colley Matrix: 22 last week, call it 20
Massy: 32 last week, call it 30
Wolfe: 24 last week, call it 22
Throw out 18 and one 32.
I know there are far better experts than me out there, but I see them as only being about 20th in the computer 1/3. Hard to see them getting 15/15 they'd need to overcome that.

Fingers crossed for Purdue, although I think we just completely pound Minnesota. I hope you're not being serious

Some guy named Brad Edwards thinks NIU gets to the BCS.

Re: ***Official What Bowl Are We Going To Thread***
Basically Palm and Brad Edwards, the two biggest BCS guru's are saying there is a razor thin margin between UCLA, Nebraska, and N. Illinois for spots 15-17. All NIU has to do is jump one of them which Edwards is projecting to happen and Palm thinks they just miss out, so it looks like a 50-50 shot.

Would anyone actually go to Shreveport again? I went twice, the second time we drove to New Orleans because we learned there is nothing to do in Shreveport the first time we went.

Disappointed in the voters, once again. I guess Bob does not have the pull Mack Brown did.

ISU would likely accept a bid to Memphis to play Tulsa again rather then go to Shreveport. That is what I've been hearing the past week.
Come here to chew bubble gum and kick ***, have I. And all out of bubble gum, I am. -

None of the players know anything more than we do right now.

Everything I have heard recently is that if ISU is at-large, Liberty Bowl in Memphis is a lock - rematch or not. Shreveport is out of the picture.
