I still think there is another commit that could end up at LB, from the way Rhoads talked, maybe Hodge or Lanning. I got that, I was hoping you knew some inside I did not about a recruit not currently committed. Example Curtis Maggitt, I know head a bad season ending injury this year, but could be an awesome addition, plus family bloodline.....

We will end up around 45-50 when its all said and done as our class is pretty much full right now. Rivals doesn't base it off of star average - i think it takes into consideration size as well (up to a point, maybe 20 or 22 players). So, once all the programs finish up their classes, we will drop back a bit. Still a solid class though.

If so, man that family has bad luck with injuries.

He may get a shot at qb, but with Sam looking good there and the staff also high on Rohach, I think Lanning might be a good fit at fb if he wants to play sooner. He could be a Woody type runner and Jeff would be leaving when Joel comes off his redshirt year. If there's still a lb prospect out there we don't know about, I hope it's Jewell from Decorah. He could also be a safety.

You know I really haven't paid attention to our final team rankings lately, but I always figured we were around 50-60th. Last year we were 87th? Was last years class that bad on paper? I thought it was a decent class. So if we finish 50th this year that is a good jump.

But I thought we had the worst recruiting class in mankind according to 95 percent of posters on here after the first 10 commits?

I didn't read the entire thread but why does it say he committed to Cincinnati? I know we get confused with Ohio and Idaho but Cincinnati is a completely different name! Four syllables and everything.

He is now committed to ISU as a LB.

Nice snag. Welcome to the party, Alton! Now, on to Campos... "Hey! I'm building something here!"
