Jake Campos official visit (for the doubters)
| West Des Moines (Iowa) Valley offensive tackle Jake Campos has been committed to Missouri for the last six months, but this past weekend the four-star prospect took his first official visit of the process to one of the Tiger's former Big 12 foes. |

Is this common? I would think he has no reason to visit other than the obvious...he's getting cold feet with mizzou.

He's hearing the "Pinkel is getting canned" rumors.

It's been widely discussed that he came to our camp the same weekend that Missouri was holding theirs (after committing to MU). I'm sure Missouri's poor season didn't help them either. CPR been after him all season.
Looks like they get an official visit in December. Hope he flips after officially checking out MU.

Curtis, Meeks and Campos, then put a lid on this class. That'll do.

Re: Jake Campos official visit (for the doubters)
Well the rumor was that Jake got the hard sell to commit right away to Mizzou. At the time Mizzou was selling the excitement of joining the SEC and being "big time". Now the reality is that Mizzou was only competitive with Vandy, Kentucky, and Tennessee in conference and only won against 2 of those.

Re: Jake Campos official visit (for the doubters)
Are there still a lot of people doubting that he will keep his committ to MU?
With all the rumors surrounding him, I have felt for a while that he wouldn't stay committed to MU and at the very least could very possibly end up as ISU.
