Re: Aaron Wimberly now has visit scheduled for Boise State on 12-7
Could you imagine if White had Wimberly's build? Watching him hit the holes this season, if he was about 20-30lbs heavier and a couple inches taller, he would be the best back in the conference. When he was out, it was a huge hit to the team. I like Shontrelle, but he seemed hesitant all season to hit the gaps at full speed. That combined with our awful run blocking was brutal.

He should then pick the starter during warmups. Why not? They appear to be close in ability to gain yards. Maybe SR will have most rushing yards in the end.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Aside from having depth next season and the year after when those seniors graduate, maybe the staff thinks he's better than what we have...?
A good program tries to recruit better players than what they already have.

wimberly seems like a guy that could play a lot of positions. RB, slot, KR/PR even move to DB if needed

I thought he was quoted saying if ISU had offered, he would have committed here but he never received an offer. there was a big deal about this a couple months back.

I thought he was a little bit but maybe that's just me.

Bummer, let's hope Aaron sticks with the clones. If he is good enough to beat out the others, so be it, would just mean we have a better running back in the backfield.

I don't think he redshirts anyway so you got a year of depth when you could have taken another HS kid if you just wanted depth. I would guess we will be looking for 2 RBs next year though.

Or so I have read.
