Momentum is clearly snowballing in the program right now, and those two players could turn out to be tremendous players for you. However, I think most Iowa State fans are losing sight of the fact that these kids grew up ISU fans in central Iowa. I realize a few years ago they would have gone out of state, and them choosing ISU clearly shows you are improving. But why don't we hold off on the in-state domination talk, and wait until they get a commit from somewhere east of I-35 before we claim them in-state kings. Charles Rodgers?

He cancelled a visit to Pitt and he is solid? He could easily end up at Michigan or MSU or almost anywhere else. He decided Iowa was a little better than Pitt? He's wrong, but oh well. And Kenny will be a Hoosier. I just need to twist the knife a little. Seriously, who would want to play in an offense run by Greg Davis. And everyone in the country heard Kirk Herbstreit call Iowa the worst team in the Big 10 yesterday. Epic.

Re: Allen Lazard Commits to ISU
Iowa's new in-state recruiting strategy: Don't offer them so that when ISU gets them its because they weren't good enough to play at Iowa

Re: Allen Lazard Commits to ISU
IIRC, EIU has never offer a single recruit that has gone to ISU
