    Texas OC to Arkansas State

    Brian Harsin is leaving UT to HC at Arkansas State. Another transition period for UT QB's and their offense should benefit us next season....if we don't have any late bowl season changes to our staff.

    I think it will hurt their offensive quality some. After Greg Davis the media raved about Bryan Harsin and for the most part he's done well at Texas.
