This is a great write up, thanks for doing so. As one of the above posted, SR throws an "easier" ball, anyway to break down the numbers for his two games? I know its a small sample size, but would be interesting to see these stats by QB.

First you must pronounce me as supreme ruler of the internet.... Then, you must post a picture of an African Grey Parrot eating chicken. Then and only then you will be qualified as a real fan.

    Interesting stats, thanks for posting.

From the stats it looks like we have a bunch of average WR's and no true #1. Seems pretty accurate from what we've seen this season. Since we're hashtagging #CantWaitForLazard.

How about you posts something that's not complete troll crap and then we'll reconsider. You've been labeled a troll because you are, in fact, a troll.

Or maybe Bundrage's stats in the last 4 games after he really got involved in the offense.

I don't think QBs numbers will be that impressive. But he showed flashes and if he can do that more consistently with more targets next year, I think he can be one of our best receivers.

Good analysis. Some of the stats I wasn't surprised about. Not to call anyone out, but it's interesting to see some of the guys at the higher end of targets, and lower end of other stats.

I think the bowl game is going to be a dog fight. We really need Lenz to show up and have a big game. I think he will. Horne as well.

Hopefully Santa brings him a new pair of hands for Christmas. He had a few games there where he couldn't catch anything.

    Re: Wide Receiver Data (LONG)

Very interesting stats. And it is nice to deal with actual objective facts. Of course, stats don't always tell the whole story. And while it may be true that according to the numbers, "Aaron Horne wasn't as bad as people thought," but that doesn't change the fact that he dropped a lot of balls and that his stats would be much better if he hadn't dropped them.

Is there a way to factor in "dropped catchable" passes? I added comments to a few of the play-by-play notes from the ISU football website regarding things like this (e.g. dropped passes, not fighting for position), but I haven't been comprehensive about it for all games and all players.

Any chance you could run some stats, maybe not as extensive, about Tulsa?
