The new recruits - taking players away from Nebby, Iowa, Oklahoma, and causing a decommit from Missouri! It was rare to get one of those before.

The new facilities - first class, and they look like more than flare.... They look productive.

inspiration from losing a small bowl game to a C-USA opponent. I hope they replay the last three quarters in a loop in the weight room for the next eight months.

Cyclones..... The best is yet to come!

Same. Despite my frustrations with the offense, I still love Cyclone football. I'll be really interested to see who plays in both tackle spots. IIRC, one of our guards this year really is more suited for the tackle spot and Dika hopefully is healthy to play guard and Duaron Williams could take over a guard spot too.

I'll always be excited to see new players take the field for the first time. However, this next year, my excitement will wane VERY quickly if I see the same offensive woes we've been struggling with for some time now.

I'd be willing to bet Arceo is the kicker next season.
I'd be willing to bet we have yet another quarterback controversy.
The defense is going to be terrible.
The offense gets worse unless there's a staff change.

2013 is rough, 2014 is back to .500, 2015 we get the elusive 8 wins.
