I can't say this really surprises me that much if true. If so, good luck to both of them. And thanks JB for 11.18.11. You've also gotta love JB's attitude throughout this season. Even if he wasn't playing, he was always engaged on the sideline pumping up the guy who was. I think he was more excited for Richardson during the KU game than Sam himself was. Great kid and great Cyclone in my book even though things didn't work out perfectly in Ames.

Bummer. Barnett was a decent QB. He ran the read option best of any we had. But he wasn't particularly strong in any other area.

I'll never forget the OSU win. I hope he finds where he wants to be.

Anybody who ever bashes Barnett personally or for this has no soul. The kid was a great Cyclone, teammate and student athlete. I applaud him for everything he has done here and wish him the best. I truly hope he finds a good starting role somewhere else where he has a lot of success. Great kid. We'll miss him and he would have been a great backup to have in your back pocket. Injuries to quarterbacks are super common and experience backups are hard to come by.

Kinda saw this coming for JB, with Richardson taking the starting job this year and all the word that Rohach may be even better, JB mightve been looking at the possibility of being the 3rd option. Cant blame him at all for making the switch and will always be remembered for one of the greatest wins in cyclone history.

Barnett is a gamer of a college athlete and great teammate - or at least came across as one to this fan. Hopefully he catches on with a team that he fits in with well. Cody Green tranferring from Nebraska to Tulsa comes to mind.

Would like to thank Morgan & Barnett for their dedication & work with Cyclone Nation while they were here. Wish nothing but the best, especially for the health of Morgan's family.

Not surprised. JB will likely go to a FCS school so he can play right away.

Everyone is thanking him for OSU and rightfully so, but his victories at TTech and TCU were great performances as well. Guy did alot for ISU. Wasn't just OSU.
