Re: AJ Klein seems to be impressing scouts
I feel like Klein is going to fall to 5th or 6th, and Knott is going to fall LJ style out of the draft, then get a starting role next season

You are right about them falling a bit but not nearly as much as you've predicted.
AJ could come off anywhere from mid 3rd down to end of 5th.
Jake will get drafted but maybe not till 6th or 7th round.
It really doesnt matter with both these guys when they get drafted.
They are both the type that will show more than enough to make the roster once they
put the hats and pads on in camp.

Excessive intake of alcohol, we all know, kills brain cells, but naturally it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers. -

Couldn't care less about Vandenberg, especially in a thread about Klein.

Back to aj, id love to see both him and Knott in purple next season -

Brady threw for almost 3,000 yards his senior year, Had more TDs than INTs, and led his team to the Orange Bowl.
“They're very, very hard to guard,” Notre Dame head coach Mike Brey said. “They're really good. And with Niang in the middle kind of wheeling and all those guys spreading you out, they're kind of a nightmare matchup. And they're men. They're really men.” -

The NFL is the perfect place for qb's with zero touch, zero accuracy and zero mobility.

Wouldn't be surprised to see him go to the Vikes or the Ravens... Really want him with the
Packers though...
Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative. ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other." -

He didn't necessarily specify his senior year. He could have been talking about his junior year, where he did, in fact, throw for a lot of yards and TD's, and not a lot of INTs. However, you can't just ignore his senior season, and Vanderhoff had a spectacularly awful season, showing very little when it came to decision making and dealing with pressure situations. Had he been decent, but just on a bad team, I think pro teams might be willing to take a late round chance. As it stands though, he was far from decent, and as a result, Vander Plaats won't be likely to hear his name called, come draft time. i really don't even have problem with the chiefs, but saying they're on the rise at this point is laughable.
