I'm not really disagreeing with you because he's obviously not a hidden gem judging by the offers he has gotten, but he may have been more heavily recruited if he was more in the LA area.
Just remember, nobody wanted Ernest Suttles when we offered him either. And now he's going to Nebraska.
Oh, and nobody wanted Bibbs either, or Wimberly for that matter. And then Oklahoma came calling for Bibbs, and numerous schools came after Wimberly including Penn State.
Oh, and Nigel Tribune was a no starzz nobody too, and now other schools are trying to steal him as well.
Maybe...... just maybe..... Rhoads knows talent when he sees it? So maybe this Kamari kid really is flying under the radar and is going to be a good one. Ever think of it that way before, instead of just assuming he's no good?

By definition they are BCS schools. Did you think that they are FCS?
If you mean "power conference" (Big Least? Seriously?) or AQ conference, say that. Is really that difficult?
Re: New football commit ? Kamari Cotton-Moya
So, should we extend an offer to a QB that is listed at 6'4.5" and 177 lbs. And has a listed 40 yard dash time of 4.84. He also only completed 60% of his passes. No stars and no BCS offers..... ?

Maybe I am wrong but I think the majority of people know when someone says BCS schools that the poster is referring to the power six.
Re: New football commit ? Kamari Cotton-Moya
If we had, we would have as an alumnus the starting QB for a Super Bowl team (San Francisco 49'ers). Those were the stats taken off of Colin Kaepernick's Rival profile (during his senior year).

I don't.
Re: New football commit ? Kamari Cotton-Moya
Uhm, this kid was recruited as a safety. His highlights film shows him to be a pretty decent athlete. We have no idea how hard his motor runs or how intelligent he happens to be. If he has the necessary brains and motor, he has the athleticism to learn to become a Big 12 safety. Truthfully, he looks like a typical Kansas State recruit.

He played QB too, so having that QB instinct as a safety is a huge benefit. Maybe this is Washingtons replacement? Too soon probably, maybe his replacement's replacement :)

I would compare him athletically to Washington. Similar size. I think they are both average athletes at the BCS level but I would take JW at FS for the future. The tricky part of recruiting is figuring out if an average athlete or an athlete with average or less measureables will be able to make up for it like guys like JW, LJ, JR and others. A lot of great HS players fail because they don't have it in some other aspect. For the second half of January, this guy is a solid pickup.

Just from watching the film, I like him better than Barnes, who had a really strange/fishy recruitment. I just don't get how a kid with multiple BCS offers commits to ISU before visiting any of them, including Ames. Then he decommits and commits to Houston? Strange. I'm betting most of those offers weren't solid. And maybe his ISU offer wasn't solid either?
Re: New football commit ? Kamari Cotton-Moya
kid looks pretty quick. over 2000 rushing yds and 10+ yds per carry! a ton of fumbles though, kinda glad he will be on defense.

I wasn't going to comment at first because I thought you had made a mistake while posting before, but now I see your wrong. They are a FBS school as is ISU. They are not from a bcs conference.
