From what I can see, I like this kids ceiling better than Suttles. He is a great athlete.
Doing a quick Google search for Justin Madison & Tampa Bay, and it comes up with a HS basketball player in the area. Wonder if it is the same young man. If so, would support him being a very good athlete.

Makes sense. He looks like a b-ball player body wise out there. Put some beef on him and keep that athleticism.
I hope that the U offer isn't real. And that Madison is still visiting. One thing about the RSFR, you have to think that the staff is really happy with guys like Aka, Bevins, Meyers, Cousins because if they weren't they'd be all over offering JC DLs. And we haven't really seen that.
Yeah, how a recruit can look at say UKs facilities and ours yet choose them is beyond me.
