The worst recruit thread got me thinking at looking back and look at ISU's best recruits
Grades are ESPN.

Moore and Johnson were the only real whiffs.
I would have titled both threads "highest ranked", or "lowest ranked", btw. Rankings don't necessarily mean that those players are either the best or the worst--even at signing day.
07 was not a good year.
2014 = LAZARD
ESPN is not a good recruiting site.
Yea this exercise is pointless going by ESPN's football rankings. Although,they are better than they used to be...Quote:

I miss going into every fall camp thinking that this was the year that Sedrick Johnson breaks out.
JJ Bass was a solid player, just wound up in the dog house for some reason.
