I hope they are drafted. That said, they will work themselves on to a practice squad.
Is there documented proof that AJ is faster?
I'm just glad we are able to talk about more players getting drafted these days. More cyclones in NFL = more exposure. Good luck AK 47, JK and potential others!
Klein only because of Knott's injuries. However, Knott playing through all those injuries and being as effective as he was while being injured is bound to impress a few scouts, especially if he heals up well.
I think AK will go somewhere late in round 3 or early 4th. Knott will probably go in the 4th or 5th round Because of his injury otherwise I think Knott would be a 3 round pick. Both both guys will be surprisingly good for whatever team takes them I believe.
A.J. played terrible when Jake went out. His stock dropped significantly. He will not go in the first 3 rounds.
AJ played terrible? I guess the announcers for all those games were off. Didnt he have a record number of tackles in the Liberty Bowl?
AJ made his stock rise at the shrine game. He'll be a mid rounder. Knott doesn't get drafted due to injury but that may be a plus for him. He can pick the best option for him and I think he makes the team he chooses and contributes on special teams year one.
I think any team that gets either of these guys will get a ton of value for where they are picked because I think Klein will go in the 4th or 5th round and Knott 5th or 6th. Klein has a slightly bigger frame for a LB than Knott does which will help some.
ALWAYS - THE "known quantity" (the UN-injured) will go first. JK will likely be "a steal" for SOMEONE! They'll both do well, though!
AK47 goes 5th round and has a solid career in the NFL.
Knott goes undrafted and has a very short career due to injuries.
IMO, Klein goes in 4th or 5th, and Knott goes undrafted. I think that Klein's lowered contribution was mainly due to him trying to learn a totally new position. He obviously performed better in the bowl game, I think because the staff made more of an effort to keep him at his normal position.
I think that Knott has the potential to be a big surprise and lucky get for a team, much like Leonard Johnson was for the Buccaneers. I hope that he can keep healthy now, but not optimistic
