And while Campos has a great frame, it isn't filled in yet, so I don't understand why so many expect him to play as a freshman. We have grown men, with lots of Big 12 experience, who have been in this program 3 years, who are going to get those snaps.

Bibbs - nightmare match-up against LB's & Safeties
Alton Meeks & DA Williams look like the most polished freshmen. Think Alton will at least get shot to play special teams, & enrolling early will help. A lot seem to be late bloomers/new to football, but have lots of potential & great skill sets to start with. Trent, Madison, & Coe (beings he is pretty new to position) bring a lot to DL. Garcia & Wagoner have motors & physicality - can't have enough of those type of guys.
In all, just very pleased about this class & last years. Really think they are the blueprint of what Rhoads wants to bring here as athletes. Just check Rivals and the classes from 2002 thru 2007. The amount of misses in those classes is staggering. There are good players, but there are way too many who never made to Ames or did not last over 1 or 2 years. I actually really like that Rhoads and Co. are doing this, it seems like a great way to get under-the-radar athletes on campus. Then they can be molded into B12 caliber players using Yancy and their respective position coaches.
It seems like the DL guys from this class and last have tended to be more interior guys, which is great, but we still lack that play maker on the outside.

While this is true we do have a lot of experience, but our OL play was horrendous last year so it's no surprise to think Campos would have a shot as highly ranked as he is.

I just think it is underestimating how hard it is to start as a true freshman in the Big 12 at offensive line. His weight alone prohibits it, let alone how strong he is and how much of that weight is good weight. I think CPR said he is 260. He needs at least thirty more pounds of good weight to even be available to have his ability evaluated to play.
He will be a STUD though IMO. A perfect athletic tackle that CPR envisioned after watching OSU's line in 2009. It will just take a little development, as it always does with Olinemen.

He doesn't have a shot, he's not big enough. I'm pretty sure that he's only listed at 250 and that is not even close to being big enough to play tackle in the Big 12.

I probably am underestimating how hard it is. It is evident in the fact that he is redshirting. I'm just saying it's not surprising for people to think that could happen.

Even I'm confused now about whether or not I'm Alex Leslie's real dad.

I watched every highlight video, liked almost everything I saw. But the one time I caught myself saying "wow" out loud was during the Webster video. That speed. At linebacker. Wow.
