Yeah, he sucked really bad in those playoffs. The road win he had over Peyton Manning in Indianapolis where he threw for more TD's than Peyton was embarassing for him. That wasn't a good performance. Just a "good situation," to be able to play against Peyton Manning on the road in the playoffs and beat him. And of course we don't even really know if Peyton is good at all, he could jsut be in a good situation too.

Not once did I say Sage was "better" that Ben. And I doubt it's 99.9%. Outside of Pennsylvania and Ohio you'd be hard pressed to find someone who holds Ben in such high regards.

Sorry, "easily as good." And yes, the vast majority of objective football fans hold Big Ben in WAY, WAY higher regard than Sage, I actually hate the Steelers and would root against them against about anyone other than the Colts.

Ben is average. Sage is average. There is the top 10%, the middle 80%,and the bottom 10%. They are both in the middle 80%.

IMO he throws too many interceptions. I hope he does well, though. He definitely deserves a shot somewhere where he can compete for a starting spot. He would be an upgrade at Chicago, Minnesota, Miami, and maybe even Jacksonville.
