No ban as long as premium info isn't released.

I do get a laugh out of the people who have premium info complaining about these threads when in reality it probably helps the other site get new subsriptions since it does promote them as getting the scoop.

And if people don't like the guessing, they can choose not to open it, or go back to CR. Or they can get negative rep for being a bunch of *******, IMO.
