He's a LB from Florida with some post-season honors. Was reported by a local paper a month ago he had committed to us but the powers-that-be (CR) said there was nothing to the story. Then Scout posts an article a few days ago where one of their reporters interviewed Gooden and again stated he has accepted an offer to play at
ISU. Nobody has been able to difinitively address the stories. I'd copy the Scout article but my hissy-fit with those guys is over.
