rb transfer from florida
Heard yesterday from a very very reliable source that a running back from the Univ. of Florida has transferred to Iowa State.
I guess he was one of the best running backs in the state of Florida 2 years ago, got hurt, and hasn't seen the field. And with the spread offense they are now running, with Tebow as the featured back, he decided to get out.
A current coach at Iowa State had recruited him out of high school while he was on a different coaching staff. The kid liked him and thought to give him a call and see if he could transfer.
I believe they have processed all the necessary documents, and he is currently on campus.
He will have to sit out a year, but he will have 3 years left to play. Could be a great pickup!!
I think his name is Bo Williams, but I'm not 100% sure.

There are not many crowds or places in the country that have a better impact on the game than at Iowa State. The Cyclone fans are truly a sixth man. The place is so loud and always a fantastic crowd." - Former Kansas and current North Carolina head coach Roy Williams -
Re: rb transfer from florida

Re: rb transfer from florida
Be nice on the guy - he tried. Do a search for Bo Williams - you'll find a lot of excitement about him. Thanks for trying to share some info - much appreciated!
A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player. -

Wow, nice pile of neg rep you all gave him. I could not even bump him up from negative numbers.

No one gave him negative rep.

Ahh, I figured he was just so far below 0 that it stayed there. I am still kinda new here too.
