Did ISU not sign a full class (25 scholarships) because of APR problems or based on available players ?

I think they are still planning on signing one or two players if they find the right ones. Yesterday was just the first day of a longer signing period, so some players may still take visits and/or sign for awhile. The top recruit in the nation is still looking around even.

There apparently is a "recruit to be named later" that the staff is looking at, so I don't think it really has anything to do with any sort of APR thing.

I was confused on this too. I thought Chizik said in his press conference the class consisted of 25. I can't come up with 25.
