i don't think he was ever "verballed" to us. lot of speculation that since he was jj bass teamate in juco that he would be an easy pickup for us. something happened between us and he went from having high interest in us to no interest at all in a matter of days. not sure what happened tho..

I thought he was going to be a spring semester guy, then he was going to be a summer guy, then there was some doubt about him being available at the end of summer even....

No inside info here, but based on other recruits/ex-recruits, usually when they go from high interest to no interest in a fairly short time, it means the school pulled their offer.
