Is in Track at ISU and is running the 60m and 200m tomorrow.
He is doing well, working hard and enjoying his time here. Said Sheps workouts have been kind of intense, but he is use to it.
Just a cheerful update.

Out of curiousity, is there a reason he doesn't have to sit out for track as a transfer? Thanks for the update!

Just curious, what's his time? I ran the 200, but was far from competitive. 400m was my forte.

Does he think our workouts are tougher than Floridas? That would be kind of cool knowing they are tougher than a championship team!

I dont think he thinks they are more intense than florida's I told him to keep pushing everyone and, also right now they are primarily lifting, they will start doing some more intense stuff when march rolls around. So ill ask him how it is going then.

Well, I guess Bo just started. He was gonna let me know how he ran. He said he is recovered 110% from his injury so, we will see how the big man does with the dreds
