Yeah, when ISU scrimmages the Ames Junior High.

South Side? Who wants to sit under the scoreboard? You can't see any replays, and you've got the speakers blaring in your ears.

This is the sarcasm pirate. If you see him anywhere in my post, it means I was being sarcastic. Thank you. Actually there's a good chance I'm being sarcastic even if I forgot the pirate. I'm not to be taken too seriously.

Actually the speakers arent that bad, and since Im close enough to the action on the South end, dont need replay there, and if I have to I can turn around and look if I miss something huge... Now if I was rich.... Id have a lot better seats..

Perhaps JTS and ISU football would be better off with just the west side...

THAT is classic...LMAO.

It looks from your avatar you enjoy the simpler, cheaper things in life

"I just back into town and I hear all this stuff, and Buster Olney is making my team up now and [Genske] wants to tell me who is going to pitch here. No one is going to tell us who to put on our team and no one on ESPN is going to tell us who should pitch for my team. " -Gardy

This is crazy, everyone knows that 75% of the noise in JTS comes from the student section, so don't be hatin on the students.

How many people actually enter the West Side gates? I would assume it was the smallest amount of people out of the 4 with its location. For most I think it would be easier to walk in the north or south gates to get to the West side.

I will have respect from the West Side when (and if) you can hear them from the student section. Until that time, don' be hatin'.

It's sure looking awfully close to that rendering from what I've seen on the webcam and construction updates...

What is supposed to be different?

Ohhh, the east side's only claim to fame is the infamous student section that "makes noise". Is that all you got?

How 'bout a press box? New restroom and concession facilities? Elevator? Built-in shade?

Yeah, you east siders keep flappin' your gums...

PS. Further research has shown the '02 win over Texas Tech and "The Run" was credited to the west side. This from Seneca Wallace last night...

"Yeah, I couldn't have done it without the west side peeps" Wallace boasts. "They're the best. I ran like 100 yards to gain just over 20 for them. They're my heros."

This could be true as I was sitting on the west side for that game.

Yes. And they will play Billy Ray Cyrus instead of Neil Diamond. Along with requiring mullets.

Exaggeration is a BILLION times worse than understating.
