I was just watching some Stanley Cup action on Vs. and they had a little commercial for themselves, about competition and it showed different snippets from the various sports that they cover, one of those snippets was Bret Meyer jogging down the field waving his finger during this year's Iowa game (he was wearing the throwback). Thought it was pretty cool...


I'll order up another shot of sin, I'm running twice as hard into the wind, I'll hitch a ride when the next one comes in, fell off the wagon again...

1:48 there are a few ISU moments in there, Chizik is also in there right before ferentz at some point.

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."
