Read the notes below the images. He acknowledges the existence of the red helmet, but doesn't include it on the list because it was only worn by a few players.

Yeah, but it's covered in note 3: *3 During at least 1983 and 1984, and possibly in 1985 and 1986 also, at least some players wore an "inverted" version of this helmet (red shell, yellow logo, one yellow stripe, with red facemask). Most sources indicate that the red helmets were "awarded" to certain players for good performances, and I believe this is probably accurate, though I have not seen many photographs showing both helmet colors in use at the same time (I have seen some). As a helmet design used by less than half of the team, this design does not meet the current criteria for graphic representation at this web site (my concern being that there may be hundreds of such single-player or a few-players designs, particularly from the 1960s). | Attempt #4

The helmet looks great Im not a big fan of the gray facemask though use cardinal gold or white not Gray but im doubting it will happen

I still would have liked to see us go with yellowish-gold helmets. It's going to be tough to see the logo from a distance with the same color helmets.
