Re: Bass not playing

For what reason did it cite?

Also, anyone know if Bo Williams can play in the spring game and if we'll see him at all?

I beleive the coaches want him to get his grades up a little bit.

This is good though. It shows a dedication by both Bass and the coaches to ensure these STUDENTS do exactly that, study. In other circustances with other players, a transfer would've been in order, but for both dedicated to trying to fix the issue and still continue to honor his scholarship and position on the team is program I'm proud to say I support.

Jeremy posted about this a couple of days ago. I'm guessing J.J. didn't do well on mid-terms.

Even though is stinks he is in this position (which is of his own making) at least he is taking it upon himself to be a STUDENT-athlete and realizes there needs to be something in his future after football.

Re: Bass not playing

I clap for Bass and the coaching staff, education first and sports second. You never know what can happen to you as an athlete that can end your career. So in saying that, get your diploma players and graduate. Having that diploma from ISU is a great resume builder and something special that nobody can never take away from you.
