Credits: 163,779 | A few more from the spring game A couple on the field but mostly portrait type photos. I like to get shots of the players without helmets because a lot of the time we don't even know what they look like. All the players were good natured about having a camera stuck in their face.
Bailey Johnson
Of all times to have contact lens trouble, here is Travis Ferguson. I bet he appreciated me standing there taking photos.
The only touchdown I managed to catch. Here is Ricky Thompson, Jr.
Coach Jay Rodgers during the halftime.
Kurtis Taylor has his eyes on Phillip Bates.
James Smith keeping warm on the bike.
Phillip Bates sees his receiver
This is a BIG young man, Kelechi Osemele
This guy isn't quite as big but has a great big smile. Wallace Franklin. My favorite photo of the entire day!!
One last photo of Phillip Bates in pregame stretching. |

I think the first photo of Bates sums up why it is so hard to see how the QB is going to be live. Look at him throwing off his back foot. He is doing this b/c he knows if a player gets near him the play is dead. When it is live, the QB has half a second more time that they can use to step into a throw. I really think that is why both QB's struggled when I watched the first half of the scrimmage. |
