I think it helps on the recruiting trail to be able to tell kids that the coaching staff can prepare you for life after college football and possibly even make you NFL draft day material. That is definitely something I think Chizik can bring to the table that former coaching staffs didn't as much. We know he obviously had more talent to mold into NFL players at Auburn and Texas, but recruits should know him and his staff by name and what they can do to make them the best they can be.
