Credits: 338,766 | Arnaud vs. Bates...or both? Bates brings the run plus the pass and escapeability. I believe he will end up the QB, but who knows. I'd be interested in others take on what we might end up with, or will both play all year?

With 2 QBs, we could be more aggressive and diverse with our offense. There would probably need to be more learning by everyone though.
I'm confident the right choice will be made. |

Coach needs to pick a QB and go with them. If they are struggling, than we have the luxury of having a pretty good backup QB. QB's need to get in a routine and rythym during the game. Either way it should be a very interesting summer/fall seeing who comes out ahead. I still think Arnaud is the leader. |

If they don't get consistent playing time, there's no way you can expect them to consistently produce. They won't be able to establish a rhythm and timing could easily be off. |

I think the flaw in this is that many times when it doesn't work, it is because neither one of the guys is really qualified to be the man. I think in our case, both guys are legit high caliber Big 12 QB's. |

We may see something where they have to divide the field in thirds again, making it hard for big plays... I don't know what the solution to the QB situation is, but I think the coaches will put the right guy in the field at the right times...

When you have two average guys who are basically the same and your just trying to find out which one is better you fail. (See Flynn, Love, Terry) |
