We tailgated at home and then walked to the game. As we crossed campus and approached the stadium, we could hear the drum corps playing - and the sound of the crowd rising. Now that got my adrenaline going. I enjoy the pregame music played today, but nothing will replace the anticipation of the game like the rising sound of the drums and the crowd. Plus, the sprint to the general admission seating for students. Anyway, when I hear those drums it takes me back and gets me juiced. Fort Minor, the Chili Peppers, 3 Doors Down - it's just not the same. |

My goal is to be sitting down just as the Iowa State University Cyclone Football (Varsity) Marching Band breaks out with Fanfare

My goal is to be sitting down just as the Iowa State University Cyclone Football (Varsity) Marching Band breaks out with Fanfare I prefer to be in the stadium shortly after the gates open to watch warm ups. I don't drink alcohol though so that may have something to do with it.
I have the instrumental of work it out if anybody wants it. |
