I had completely forgotten about Carlson. You don't hear his name brought up much when talking about the 2008 season.

I know it is a video game, but I know it has been done many years now. Does anyone know how often the video game is right about who wins the actual game that year?

I watched it. Other than the game looked cool (I'm still stuck with a 64... but I love my 64), I really didn't see anything other than entertainment value.

Basically, the two teams were mirror images of last year, with Iowa getting the home field advantage. I thought it was funny how pathetic it was.

I'll hold my PS3 simulated football opinion until 2009 comes out. With EAsports' tendency to not include a lot of freshmen will Iowa have a running back and will we have a kicker in 09? That simulated game will be a nail biter. Just remember, if it doesn't go our way exit before the game ends and try again.

They updated the rosters as well as they could before they did this.

I watched the game and it was extremely pathetic. It was so unrealistic and fake. It was kind of fun to watch but the things that happened during the game were hilarious. No one went to the whole and it seemed like there was a turnover every 2 plays or so

I watched it last night. The number of turnovers was too high to make it realistic at all, but it still had a lot of entertainment value. I can't believe you guys were able to do that and sound serious.
