This certainly isn't the end of the world, but definitely not good. I'd venture to guess this guy will no longer be part of the staff.

I dunno...a person could easily make a case that a coach doing this is worse than a player. These coaches are not just coaches, but should be role models to the athletes.
When they do stuff like this, as 91 noted, it doesn't set a great example - regardless if they're just a graduate assistant or a "true" staff member.
