Marcus Trice

There is a story on Scout(I don't have access anymore) about a DB we are recruiting named Marcus Trice from Mesquite Texas. Is there any chance he is related to Jack? I doubt it, but it would be pretty cool if he actually was and became a Cyclone. Even if he wasn't related he could always tell his grand kids that they named the stadium after him.

I saw his name on scout too and was wondering that. I highly doubt he is related to Jack. But even so, say he has no relation whatsoever. it's still cool to be able to say Trice played at the ONLY stadium in college football named after an African American who also had his SAME NAME. Also, I may be incorrect, but I thought we had another player or two from Mesquite, TX.

Not in the last 2 classes. We had DJ Marshall for a shirt period of time before he changed his committment to Kansas.
