Although, I played Madden a few times on a friend's Wii, and I found the remote and nunchuck to be VERY intuitive and preferable over a traditional controller. I assume the NCAA game will have similar controls for the Wii. |

Sorry to keep chiming in on this, but what will the Wii version be missing that will be in the PS3 and 360 versions? |

I assume the NCAA game will have similar controls for the Wii. Instead of a gamecube controller you could also buy Nintendo - Classic Controller for Nintendo Wii - RVLARW
Just make sure that the games you buy have the picture of the controller on the back or it won't be compatible.

But I doubt you'll be able to use the Classic Controller with it. As far as I know, that's only compatible with Virtual Console games. I could be wrong.
EDIT: Judging from some of the other posts that went up while I was writing this one, it seems I may be wrong after all. |

Iowa defense - 73
WOW...that's way off. I figured it would look something like this:
Iowa offense - 68
Iowa defense 89 |

The Wii has nowhere near the power of the 360/PS3 so expect significantly dumbed down graphics, framerates, resolutions and textures. Based on what the EA website says, it will also have a more arcade feel to it, using one button actions rather than the more simulation like feel of the 360/PS3 versions.
I would also anticipate that online dynasties/play will not make it into the Wii version simply for the fact that Nintendo's online component is nowhere near solid enough to handle it.
It may have some gimmicky controls that could be fun for a while, but given the choice, I'd go with the next gen version.

And GTA 4. I guess in the end I probably won't get anything and I'll be playing Goldeneye in 2012. |

We have a Wii and a 360 at my house, and while the Wii got a lot of attention intially, now it basically collects dust. There's just not a ton of quality software out there for it. (outside of their first party titles) So many of the 3rd party games feel rushed and cheap. To me it appeals to an audience that is maybe a little more casual about gaming than I am.
I like twitch gameplay, realistic graphics, 1080p resolution, and online play. Those are things that Nintendo just isn't able to offer.

I admire their defense, but the miracle last season was built entirely on the backs of beating teams that had losing seasons. At least until the bowl games.
Missouri's defense was suspect at the beginning of the year, but it's amazing how a good offense can pick up the defense. Chase Daniel's is one of those guys that is a difference maker. One only needs to think back to the time we had Brad Smith bottled up all game, and then he got injured in the 4th and his freshman backup comes on to rally Mizzou to victory. |

Going off of the old games, rankings and ratings are not closely related. |
