Not really the Rag writers cruise this site and many others and report it as news...I have witnessed WHO Channel 13 and their sports anchor Keith Murphy report news off of message boards. The media has no accountablity for the truth only to boost ratings.

Do folks in the media peruse message boards? Absolutely! There are a lot of stories that get reported that begin as small smoke signals, and they usually start on the boards.
But most of the people I know in the media are not going to cite a message board poster as a source. They follow up on things that appear to have some legitimacy to them, and either verify them to get the entire story, or dispel them.

I always thought Keith Murphy was a classy guy, and he is usually one to report the news fairly.

That is bull...there is no accountability only a grab for ratings. I have seen message board rumors reported on WHO countless times over the years.

anyone else a cardinal get ticket location notification yet? I'm in the same boat - I emailed the ticket office the end of May and was told I would get a letter in mid-June.
