anyone else a cardinal get ticket location notification yet?
Were you displaced by construction? And/or did you ask in your request for confirmation or for them to contact you? We were going to be displaced by construction, so moved for the 2007 season... to seats that are now gone, due to construction. We were not contacted last year on where we wanted to go, but the whole point in moving last year was to not be moving this year. Loved those seats, but would have taken something else if I was given the option. When I wrote up the request this year, I was very specific on section and location and made sure to request a phone call with my options when it was my turn. They called me and confirmed our new seats (which I wasn't too happy about at the time, but will reserve complaining until I actually sit in them...)

We are Cardinal and have been season ticket holders since 2003.

Re: ISU FB season tix sales

I was a season ticket holder last year - and only missed 1 game (the 5 hr drive to ames was a bit tough). This year I am seriously considering getting cable instead of tickets because of ga$ and watching what I can on tv - even tho I moved a bit closer (would now be a 3hr drive). Any of you in the same boat as me?

Wouldn't be the same. We drive from Minnesota and games are the highlight of our year. You may be missing a fun ride!

Yes - I live in the southeast corner of Iowa and can't make more than a couple visits per year. What might be a good idea is to somehow partner with a few others to split up the season tickets. I have only gotten single game tickets to the games so far and I think better seats would make a difference. I will be attending a community gathering of Cyclones in the next few days and I'll see if anyone else is interested.
