Chizik and D-Coaches sighting heading to Vegas

Went to Vegas last Friday and Chizik and his defensive coaches were on the plane with us. Very nice guys, but I was dieing to know what they were doing in Vegas.

I bet Wayne Bolt partied like a rockstar. That guy just breathes Party Animal.

Bolt is a riot, without even trying.

Any sighting of them at the Playboy Club at the Palms?

Maybe they were our recruiting some bouncers to help on the line.

A program isn't built on one player and it doesn't succeed because of one player, thus a program won't fail if it doesn't get that one player.

They are out there taking precise measurements of Sam Boyd Stadium's playing surface, predominant weather conditions and acoustics.

Gene Chizik is going to go and demand finding the UNLV athletic director, and let him know that he will not tolerate tomfoolery and if any does happen, his post-game tirade will not be YouTube safe

"I just back into town and I hear all this stuff, and Buster Olney is making my team up now and [Genske] wants to tell me who is going to pitch here. No one is going to tell us who to put on our team and no one on ESPN is going to tell us who should pitch for my team. " -Gardy

Oh yeah, Bolt and McFarland are a duo I'd love to spend a night bar hopping with. Hell, even out on the deck with some steaks would be just fine.

The stories...the laughter - there would be no shortage.

Here's to no shortage of wins with these two in Ames! *cheers*

I'm a Christian and I party.

Or are those two things not in the middle oval of the venn diagram?

Anyone know if this might have been recruiting related?

Could be, but seems weird that three coaches would be going recruiting together.

Isn't there some kind of Juco special teams camp in Vegas... The one where we picked up the scholarship Long Snapper?

Probably working at the UNLV camp that was going on.

"Mr. Simpson, don't you worry. I watched Matlock in a bar last night. The sound wasn't on, but I think I got the gist of it." Lionel Hutz

" And all the while you're just really wondering are we gonna get hopped up enough to make some bad decisions? Perhaps play a little game called "just the tip". Just for a second, just to see how it feels. Or, ouch, ouch you're on my hair. " Jeremy Grey

I like to picture Jesus in a tuxedo T-Shirt, because it says "I want to be formal, but I'm here to party."
