I worked 3rd shift for 10 months back in 2000, I am still trying to get back to normal. Once I had my body conditioned for working through the night and sleeping through the day it just has not really ever changed back. I have such a hard time up until around 11-12 really getting things done. Whereas give me an evening I have nothing to do and I find myself up working/playing until 5-6 am like it is nothing.
I am pretty sure I have read studies about this before that talks about the toll 3rd shift really takes on your body. Maybe I will get motivated and search for them here this afternoon.
