Seems like more than just a suspension to me. That may be what they're calling it now - but it would appear he's done.

He does have a child in Iowa so he has a responsibility to be here for his family. Frankly he just needs to finish school and get a job at this point.

I am not sure he could hold that though. Who is going to hire him? He is a convicted felon, so he has to disclose that. If he had only messed up once or twice or three times he could say I am changed. But after saying he has changed and then messing up again, he has really ruined his life.

He was just canned from a job that he supposedly loves for whatever reason. What makes anyone think he'll finish school and hold down any sort of job at this point?
If spending a lot of time in jail didn't fix him, I doubt anything else will.
