Anyone in Ames get their FB seat assignment letter today?

ponied up $1,500 more and got the exact same seats as last year. I guess it didn't do any good to upgrade to a higher donation level. I thought re-seating would occur to accomodate. That bites!

This is what I don't understand. There is NO WAY that 100% of the people with better seats than you upped their donation level to keep their seats.

It would seem that if you ponied up the additional donation money which many of us did, you should get seating upgrdes.

Hopefully my letter is sitting in my mailbox waiting for me.

upgraded to Cardinal...but was told not enough room...and got the same seats.

which I don't mind.

I wish we were ablt to look at everyone priority points that are around us and compare them. I know the last several years I sat by people that only donated $50. We were more than that, but they had been members for more years.

At least they donated, no one near me donated, and they kept getting seats right by me. I am betting they are still there this year.

The worst part is I had six tickets in gold section last year and I dropped to 4 in order to move to Captains. Now I paid $1,500 more and got the same seats as last year, but two less seats. This sucks.

Mine are the same as last year - but I was in the "right" place for my donation level last year.

After the fiasco that was the Iowa seat reassignment I knew it would be awful. That's why I didn't increase my donation and took the section move. I moved one section over and 6 rows back - small beans IMO.

Just got ours. Our seats stayed exactly the same.

I had asked to be in the middle of BrianHos's group, but that didn't work out.

No, really, we love our seats. On NCAA Football 06, the camera would enter the field from right by our seats, so that was cool!

Section 20, Row 30. That is a 3 row upgrade.

Got my letter today (Monday). Same seats as last year. I am in the discounted tickets section (B). However, I am guessing I donate more money than most people who are in B, so they probably left me there (and I like it--Row 2 of the balcony)

Just opened my letter, got moved back 5 rows...stayed in the same section (20). I went from a $50 donation to $250 this year.
