They pay $500,000 to the sisters of the poor to beat up on them with no return engagement. I guess the easier you are, the more you can get these days. Sorry state of college rankings. | |

I dont mind playing decent teams from the non BCS conferences the way we are now with a 2 in Ames and 1 on the road. Gives the players new places to go and ISU prob doesnt have to pay them as much to come to JTS this way. If this program does get good these are good games to play and win. You cannot always play the school of the blind earily in the year. | I'm not an expert on sports, but I did stay in a Holiday Inn Express last night |

EXACTLY. Pitt is a BCS conference school and they only had to play NIU in a mostly Iowa environment. You proved my point exactly!
Nobody minds playing BCS conference schools on the road in the preseason. But at Ohio, Toledo, Northern Illinois.... and so on.
