Harris is more than capable if he can hold onto the ball. While it would hurt, I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Between A-Rob, Scales, Harris + others, we will be just fine.
he will have to go to a IAA program his 5 to play 4 is over. So he is either in trouble or he is not making it academically
I was going to say something last night, but i didnt want to stir the pot yet since he "might be leaving"..
would be a certain blow to the offense, but there may be no other choice.
He is not in trouble and never has been, its academic
what would you say the chances of him leaving are
Im not going to put a percentage on his head, its not for sure yet, but it sounds certain.
Things appeared to be rolling along well early on, but have changed
I know we have some depth at RB but I don't think people remember how good JJ was at the beginning of the season. He was good for 100 yards a game before he got hurt.
But we are probably losing our best back. And i know how much JJ wants to be here and wants to play, rise to the top and show everyone what he is about. Its just not working for him right now. ARob is a good back, and Jason Harris also could be good, But i dont think either of them want it as badly as JJ Bass.
When there is one thing to accomplish over a Summer and you have access to all the tutors and assistance you would ever need, I just don't see how you fail. Either he didn't apply himself properly or he is just....well I won't say it.
It sucks, but I think we are capable in the backfield still.
**I've chosen to delete this post on my own choice** It's more or less confirmed by others later on, but for some reason I just read it again and got a self-inflicted guilt trip for exposing the reason.
see, thats the thing. JJ Bass loves what he has here, he is thankful of his opportunity to play football. He had a lot of pride in this team, More so than many guys. It is apparent that he didnt have things in line in the classroom, but the same goes for many football players across the country. JJ Bass was a guy to spend more time in the weight room than in the class room. dedicated to football, possibly too much.
