Let's hope Mr. Hand makes it to the studio...an entire segment of Marty hitting himself in the head with his shoe and asking Jamie if he can hear it probably won't make good radio.

So if JP is there to talk up the 3 game mini pack and if so don't you think Marty will come to this very message board and pull out some questions regarding this move.

    I may actually listen.

I think he is going to give him hell about the last year's $90.00 ticket to Iowa fans for the Iowa game. That and making Iowa fans buy season tickets to view the game, nevermind the fact ISU fans cannot buy single game tickets for the Iowa game.

Marty ask's if there is any way an AD can lobby tv networks. JP responds by knowing already what tv spots are open for week 4. I love JP, other question are pretty big softballs.

750 mini packs sold so far 3/4 are choosing missouri over AM

Season Ticket sales are down but no numbers given.

    Nothing else much of note

Why does he need to give numbers? We can always go to the website and check the ol' thermometer.
Gene Smith, 1993-2000. 7 years, 6 NCAA's, 1 bowl game. Revenue sports postseason participation 50%. Good.
    Bruce Vandevelde, 2000-20005. 5 years, 4 bowl games, 2 NCAA's, 2 NIT's. Postseason participation 80%. Better.
    Jamie Pollard, 2005-. 4 years. 1 bowl game, 0 NCAA's, 0 NIT's. Postseason participation: 13%. The next big step.

My ignore list: splitidentity, tarheelhawk, superdorf, clones_jer. That is all.

So we like Marty now that he is chugging the old Cardinal and Golf Koolaid and making yet another 'prediction' ?

What is Marty's batting average on these 'predictions' ? I would guess it is lower than the feared Mendoza line in baseball....

I've always liked Marty. I think he's hilarious. Definitely the best DM has to offer

Marty is usually right on the money or way off, there is rarely any in between with him.

i like how at the very end Marty mentioned to Jamie about letting himself and 4 friends watch the KU game in Jamies suite. I like the show, but Marty is kind've a parasite.
