No, it wont. right now we are finished by just about everyone to finish last in the North, that's a big hole to dig out of. There is not a "good" team we play in our first 4 games, and there will be a handful of teams who are 4-0 at that point, many of which will start their preseason ranks much higher than us.

The fact that neither Georgia or Missouri are ranked in this simulated top 40 thingy makes it lost a lot of credibility right there.

I don't think we would be receiving votes even if we were 4-0, unless we beat Iowa by 20+, and even then it might be iffy. I think 5-0 with a win over Kansas would put us right outside the top 25, but it would probably have more effect on Kansas's ranking. If we started 6-0, that would get us ranked.
